Catherine Stavrakis is the General Counsel for HFS Europe, responsible for overseeing the legal and compliance infrastructure across the business platforms. Catherine joined GE in 2000 as Senior Counsel, Mergers & Acquisitions for GE Healthcare Europe. Before that she worked for seven years in the Washington, D.C. office of a major law firm as part of the international transactions team. U.S. educated, Catherine is a dual French-American national, has lived for most of her life in Europe and is fluent in French. She holds a Law (JD) degree from American University, an MBA from the University of Hartford and a Bachelor's Degree from Tufts University
