Buffalo, NY, July 7, 2003 - Aurora Healthcare, LLC announced that it has closed on a new $30 million Senior Secured Credit Facility. The transaction was arranged by GE Healthcare Financial Services.

The new Credit Facility includes a $30 million revolving line of credit. Proceeds from the loan will be used to finance Aurora's working capital needs. The loan has a three-year term with multiple year extension options.
